The
new location of Rich's North Point Furniture was an existing retail
shop that had to be completely demolished by the general contractor
RCI. After the demolition was completed they started to build the
many vignettes that received their own signature colors totaling over
26 different color in all. Due to the height of the ceiling, a 25
ft. scissor lift was required to complete the painting. In addition
to the painted surfaces, wallcovering was used in various locations,
such as the lamp department and the offices. The existing exterior
CMU needed to be pressure cleaned and painted with an elastomeric
product. In order to reach all elevations we had to use a 45 ft. knuckle
boom. This project was completed in July 2000.
