Park Avenue

The painting of Park Avenue was completed in the in the fall of 2000 for Gilbane Building Company. This building is a 45-story high end condominium tower. Our work included all base building painting along with a total up front owner build out package for all owner units.  Lobbies included artistic painting along with Goldleaf installations. The exterior concrete and balcony ceilings were also coated with a special exterior coating. This project required an aveage manpower basis of 25 painters and paperhangers over the course of 16 months.
