Located in Alpharetta, GAFrom budgeting the project with the general contractor (Hardin Construction), to completion, this project took approximately 1 1/2 years. The 400,000 sq. ft. facility consists of (two) 6 story office buildings with a connector building that houses the employee cafe. Finishes included paint, wallcovering, wall talkers and special finishes (Duroplex).

Over 40,000 sq. ft. of custom color Duroplex was used to give each of the floors their own signature color scheme. The monumental stairs in each building have shear walls that span 85 feet high which can be seen from the exterior through the glass curtain wall. The steel bridge that connects the 2 buildings together is 28 feet above the connector building and steel canopy.
