The Phase IV addition to the Georgia World Congress Center is comprised of 1.4 million square feet of multi use space including 420,000 square feet of exhibit hall space, 29 meeting rooms totaling 75,00 square feet, a 27,000 dquare foot, sub-dividable ballroom, as well as a new, 100,000 square foot entry concourse on the west side of the facility.  The total area also encompasses restaurants and an office renovation.
