Completion of the painting scope of work performed for Hardin Construction Group, required 8 painters for approximately 9 months between January and September, 1999. The base project consisted of over 1,000,000 sf of floor area which included all public mall and "back-of house" areas. Included in the scope items were substantial quantities of gypsum walls with adjacent contrasting colors as well as stained wood and tongue & groove-ceiling decks with painted steel structure. Gypsum wall footage also included high areas, soffits, and fascia totaling over 562,000 sf with more than 54,249 linear feet of "cut-lines" (footage of gypsum-to-gypsum, adjoining colors)
