This project took approximately 1.5 years to complete all 8 buildings and miscellaneous structures. Fed Ex now occupies approximately 1.1 million square feet of office space here. All but one building is 3 floors and the largest one is 4 floors. This project consisted of multiple paint colors, wall coverings and special paint finishes. Nearly 30,000 man hours went into the painting of the project.

State Farm Corporate Addition South

Completing the State farm Corporate Headquarters, this final phase consisted of three office buidings and a six story parking structure built by the Holder Construction Company. Features included 1,000,000 sf of office space connected to the existing buildings with underground tunnels, and an employee food court with four independent vendors. Finishes took fifteen months to complete, and included everything from standard paint and wall covering to special coatings and photographic murals.
