This project consisted of the phase 1; "Swim & Tennis facility" and the new phase 2; "Country Club building." Both the Swim & Tennis and the Country Club facilities have painted trim in a multitude of colors and exotic wallcoverings. One large area at the Country Club incorporated some complex painted "Faux finishes" on the walls, millwork and trim. The exterior of the building has painted wood trim and the bodies of the buildings are finished off with painted brick and siding. Due to a compressed schedule, the project required us to "accelerate" a typical schedule greatly. We responded with doubled crew sizes and extra hours to help get the project done on time.
